Welcome to Anycard Express. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, mobile application, or related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Bangladeshi law.

2. Payment

All transactions are processed exclusively via Bikash. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your codes or subscription details appear on the /account/orders page within 30 minutes. If they do not appear, please contact support immediately through WhatsApp or Messenger.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because every product is digital, all sales are final; no refund, return, or cancellation is available once delivery is complete.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and your password secure. Notify us promptly via WhatsApp or Messenger if you suspect unauthorized activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by Anycard Express. Copying, redistributing, or modifying such content without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or legal requirements; Anycard Express accepts no liability for such interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anycard Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or delivery delays.

9. Amendments

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law; courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh, have exclusive jurisdiction.
